    with so much negativity on GFY .. lets do somethign GOOD.

    Post stories of soemthing you think is a GOOD thing you did. Somethign that was either helping, life changing or a major accomplishment.


    I'll start this off.


    I regained a friend I thought I lost by being understanding of her shortcommings and not holding a grudge against her ignorance and constant negativity. 4 months later, we're taking again and all is good.

              A little old lady at superstore a couple weeks ago was shopping and got bumped. When it happened, she dropped a pocketbook from her purse... inside was what looked like a couple hundred bucks. I picked it up and returned it. Turned out that was all her food money for the month.

              She was grateful, I felt good, everyone lived happily ever after.

                              Stopped at a gas station last week where a homeless guy and his dog were next to my car in the grass and the guy just bought a McDonald's happy meal or some shit and was sharing it with his dog, so I went into the gas station and hooked him and his pooch up with some Beef Jerky! He didn't say thank you or anything but the dog did by waggin it's tail! Made me feel good! And I know the dog got a lil extra in his belly!

                                                                      A couple of weeks ago, this little old woman and her probably 40>50 year old retarded son had just left a grocery store. They had been grocery shopping and the son was pulling red wagon with groceries in it. It was about 95 that day. I told my daughter we were going to pick them up and give them a ride home. Pulled over and the lady didn't want too because she didn't know me and I told her I wasn't asking and that it was too damn hot for them to be doing what they were doing. They got in and we gave them a ride about 2 miles away.

                                                                      Me and my wife got into that night because she said I am always doing that and one day I will pick up a murderer or something. I told her until them I will keep doing it until then.

                                                                      I don't do enough good deeds Everyone should try to help others that are less fortunate (those that are to trying to help themselves)
