So yeah i was there in skydome today checking out some nice rides and this is what caught my eye, keep in mind that i like VW and that I was drinking run and coke the whole fucking day. I was drunk like a mofo I got some videos from my digi cam too but those are not for public viewing

i really dont get these shows. most of the cars are either stock with rims or overloaded with stickers. ive been to a few and replacing everything under the hood with chrome and putting 20z on a car doesnt make it show worthy. LOOK AT MY BOLTON BODY KIT AND MY MACO PAINT JOB

if you actually knew anything about cars youd know the difference between a turbo and a cold air intake
just because some asian tells you its turbo and it does the 1/4 mile in 12 sec doesnt mean it does.

i go to import car shows because i enjoy them, and because for ever 10 rice rockets, there's a performance oriented car. Or a car that's been restored to its original form (ie, econobox civic hatch decked out with stock japanese civic parts... looks much better than the ass we get here)

Import car shows are 98% ricer. It's just part of life.

And it's easy to understand why you hate honda's, everyone has one. Which is why its fun to build one that can out handle and out brake anyone on the road course.

No, I mean a front mount cold air intake. Some company started making them and the ricers around here are eating them up like crazy. There's no turbo, its just an uber long pipe from the intake manfold that sits in the front bumper, looking like a cold air intake, but doing nothing more than lengthening the distance the air has to travel to get to the intake manifold

Im not an import fan but I can appreciate a decent tuned car. Some of those are decent.

I wouldn't mind one of those s2000s for beating around in the fields behind my house. Nice little toy and faster then an ATV.

F/I Rotary Engines are prone to detonation, or blown apex seals...both of which are serious problems - one should expect to replace the engines every 75,000 miles.
