ok. Typically if you have a good aged cut of meat besides seasoning (salt and pepper) you will need nothing else. You are after the taste of the meat, not a sauce. The sauce will hide the flavors of the meat. When cooked properly a piece of meat will still be very juicy and full of flavor without the need for a marinade or a sauce.

if I wanted to babysit it and turn it every 3 seconds, I don't have patience for that. I cooked them, they tasted awesome, we moaned, groaned and wanted more. What could anyone ask for besides liking what they ate? Just because you won't use BBQ sauce does nto mean I don't know how to cook.

Oh, I fucked your sister's tight asshole.

Just so you know, you would only quarter turn it, flip it once and then one more quarter turn.

Yes I know that. I don't have patience for that though and I like flavoured meats. Just plain greese and tissue is not enough for me. it has to have deeply embeded flavouring or I get bored and move on to something else.

ego

next time ya got a steak do this

make sure its a good cut

put some salt and pepper on it rub it in

get your grill hot as hell

usually an inch = a min on the grill is what i go by for rare, 2 min an inch for med ect

so if ya have a 3 inch steak and ya want it juciy ass rare cook it for 6 minuets - 3 min a side and dont turn it over till the time is done

remember that meat still cooks when its taken off the grill

also if its a little dry on the outside or burnt (for those who like med well to well done) take a small amount (TBL spoon) some olive oil or reg oil and rub the meat after its been on the grill.

theres no fucking babying, it takes 6 min.
thats 2 beers while you wait or one of you guys could give a handjob to the other

and my tranny sister wants her cock back unless you guys bbq that too

never turn a piece of meat over more than once . . . . 5-7 minutes each side depending on thickness, how cooked you want it and heat of fire

when using a gas bbq, it is suggested that you heat up the rocks, then turn off the gas . . . no more flames

Nah if I would of said brisket, or london broil, tri-tip ect I would of meant it. Strip steak, round steak etc. all fall under steaks.

ok, so, all in all, it tasted good and it was BBQ sauce that kept it from getting hard because I like steak VERY WELL DONE but "falling of the bone before a knife even touches it" tender.

If someone can show me a way to do that with NO marinade or sauce or rub. I will eat my words.

Sure I can! Buy a ribeye steak instead of a T-bone. The fat in the rib eye makes it the best steak for those who like it well done.

Next, instead of marinating or putting BBQ sauce on it.. brush it with olive oil and sprinkle kosher or sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. let sit at room temp for about 15 minutes (steaks are better when coooked at room temp). Toss preheated gas grill at med-high heat for 4 minutes, turn 90 degrees and let sit for another 3 minutes. flip and do the same.

Your steak will be well done, have beautiful color, and be fork tender.

Hmm.. unless you are marinating the kabobs, the veggies will give your meat some extra flavor.

make one kabob, all meat, and one with veggies. I bet the meat next to the veggies will taste better when it's done.

:-)

May wish to let it sit for 15 min first to warm up then add oil, pepper and salt. The salt when left on raw meat could leach liquid from it in 15 minutes.

Yes almost always marinate them. Cooking times just are a bitch with veggies and meat. Specially when you use chicken or seafood.
