    Need a designer for Non-Adult Site

    I'm in need of a designer/programmer for a non-adult project. The site is a sarcastic humor movie review site. I've got a few ideas for the basic part of the layout and whatnot, would like someone with some solid design skills, but nothing over the top in costs, considering the site won't really be focused on generating money, just enough to handle the server and review costs.

                                      Thanks for the responses.. but I'm really looking for something fairly basic and cheap, just because like I wrote in my first post, the site itself won't be generating much revenue, and what it does generate won't be used for profit. I guess if someone can toss a cheap offer my way, I'll be glad to link all of our pages back to you so you pick up some PageRank as the site grows, and perhaps a banner button as well to promote your company.
