CEN - CHEATER & FASCIST !!!

I write here because in GFY Hall of Shame the message did not manage to be sent.
CEN owe to me some thousand dollars in main for January, February and March 2001. In general have ceased to pay after I for them have asked to do(make) to me wire to Ukraine only because I live in Ukraine. It is sure, with an American they so have not acted(arrived). More shortly if you live not in America to you CEN in general can pay nothing because you for them dung though foreigners accepted and accepts.

If they didn't pay, I think that's pretty low. I think that if a sponsor has a PER SIGNUP program, then they should accept webmasters from all over the world since there's not much of a way to cheat. I can see where people can mess with PER SIGNUP sponsors, I FULLY understand that part of it, but per signups are a different story.

The best gallery I ever made got over 200,000 uniques and 14 signups.

The sponsor was CEN, the site was Club Negro.

So I built more galleries and free sites promoting CEN. I even built a gay site. Now every month I get a nice cheque from them, on time and for the full amount.

And you know as many work Ukrainian and Russian webmasters? They simply register as Americans. And I worked fairly. It was necessary probably and me so to make..

Check the whois records, the DNS, the site itself... it belongs to CEN. I still send traffic and still get signups.

If you are from an ex-Soviet nation or Asia, then you should think twice before signing up for any sponsor. Be prepared. If you have learnt one thing here, it is a very expensive lesson.

It is easy to cheat a per signup program. Signing up for trials and cancelling is one method, stolen or fake credit cards are another...

One of the hardest programs to cheat has to be revshare. That is where a lot of newbie paysite owners start up.

OK. Probably, CEN will not pay soon to anybody in the world?! They stop payment after for them to ask wire transfare. They have made so with me and with those Russian.. It is wrong to not pay if ask them wire transfare.

Make sense to the owner www.wetplace.com to enter the stolen cards?
I worked in main on emailbucks program, for sign up they have paid the program to me. Attendance of my site 3-10ê per day from tops. On a site there is an American counter. It is meaningful to me to deceive???
