    Personally I don't think it will get past California's SLAPP law which prevents people from suing you just to shut you up.

              I really doubt they got a chance to win ... How could they monitor this ?

                  No, they still serve coffee at McDonalds.

                  Then again, they did lower the temperature.

                  Maybe message board mods will actually have to moderate and report anything that would fall under the criminal act.

                  Now that WOULD be interesting.
