    Funny video sites - public domain?

    Those 'funny video' sites, like http://www.holylemon.com/ , http://home.enter.vg/funnyvideos/ etc. - certianly they don't have ownership rights to many, if not all, of these videos.

    Are these videos, or clips of that nature considered the public domain?

    Can they be used by anyone?

          "Public Domain" is close to being a myth. 99.9999% of the shit people think is public domain -- isn't.

          Can they be used by anyone?
          Used? Sure. And I can use Disney movies, too, if I don't mind being fucked by the rat.

          Used without the potential for legal liability? Hell no.
          Offering sponsored blog posts and custom writing services.

                                  Fris, your site is essentially what I'm talking about, but with videos and humour geared to a slightly more 'G' rated audience.

                                  Without going into detail of course, where do you find that stuff, and have you ever been threatened with copyright infringement?
