You'd be surprised to see how well copyright law works in favor of the originator. I've gotten a few copy/pasters termed for copying my SE work. I've also blacklisted a couple sponsors who allowed their webmasters to get away with copyright theft.

Its pretty basic and I doubt they are the only two sites that have that design. Unless you create your own fonts and custom blend colors to me to own a layout on the web is tough in my opinion.

Both of sites are basic but very similar. The first site mentioned has been the same format as long as I can remember and the second one has been changed very often.

I didn't look at the code but it seems that some "borrowing" took place. It has happened to me a few times and according to my lawyer, it is legal if a certain percentage is changed.

Thank God for porn forums at least one gets to rant. :)

Kayla is such a sweetie pie, but I'll have to add that one of her last designs was identical to a friend of mines....I mean identical including design, fonts, colors, mega tags and much of the code, when I asked her about it she changed it.

I see Kayla changed her site when she was called out... good for her, we all make mistakes, at least she didn't blame it on some webmaster she hired!
