the price would be phenomenal and only the rich could afford to survive. hospitals would no longer create waiting lists for those in need. they would just put them straight to EBAY and cash in.

No, there would still be a need for the public organ donors, not everyone can afford the $ to pay for it .

Why would the government decide what you do with your body? I'm all for the sale of organs on the open market. As for selling one's kidney, many people don't realize just how fucking painful it is...
