I don't mind dialers, as long as the rates are reasonable and there are very clear rates which peolpe must confirm. hahahahahahahahahaha is allowed, no problem. .ru domains are not a problem at all... So I don't know what your problem is, but if you try to be funny please come up with some things that are at least a little bit true...
