If they're a registered non-profit, you might be able to work $2500 (or whatever amount) even if they can't "pay" that much by taking a partial cash payment and crediting them the balance as a donation which could be written off on your taxes.

Just a thought, but being "unreasonable" could cause unwanted attention under the new "misleading domain names" laws, causing a potential problem for you.

We did a mainstream site design for a group that has state and Us funding. The DID NOT have a lot of money. So if you hope to make a bundle, think again. They will just come up with something else.

What you may want to do is have them point back to one of your sites that is non adult. If you dont have anything,like that get an affiliate program and just have them potin there. That way you may make a few extra bucks.

But sell them for maybe just double what you paid or what netsol would charge them for it..

Make sure they are legite! I had a person write me saying they were from some organization wanting to purchase a domain. I found out it was some other webmaster, I was going give the domain to them as a donation. Don't get played.

That idea about a half payment / half credit for donation is a good idea. But I would check with an tax guy if that will fly.

I already "donated" ClubP.com to a religious organization, it was pointed to a porn site, the guy called me, and pleaded for me to point the domain to their site, and so I did. They offered to give mea tax deduction, but I declined...

With this domain though, I want to sell it for outright cash...or develope it.
