I have never, not even once had a minor pose on one of my sites. Ever! Now, we did have a site, my very first to be exact that was of a girl named Katie. She was 19 years old and she did look younger as many 19 year olds do. We pushed her site as a girl that was 17 on a non-nude platform. it was dumb, but it was in April of 2001 and I was totally ignorant to the adult webmaster world. I have stated this about 50,000 times on here. hehe It wasnt the smartest move, but it was shot and built well before I found the boards and new of a webmaster community. That post you are referring to was my very first post here on GFY. I got the letter from CCbill about them not processing those site anymore, even if the model was of legal age. I was pissed that i got no notice and posted it on the boards. I plain didnt know and it was my very first post here. I shut the site down, used the content somewhere else and thats the end of it. I have 2257 complience on ever photo and video of every model that has walked through my doors. Not just the old 2257 guidlines.. the new ones as well. Hope this clears things up for ya and thanks for the question.

Jeff you are a moron, as I recall you deactivated my account with your program when I pointed out some major flaws in your sites (no updates, shitty pic quality, etc) on this board. That in and of itself shows your complete lack of ethics or biz sense.
You also have the balls to say you have repaid all debts, but I am sure I know people you screwed (stealing traffic/models/money) that have gotten nothing useful from you.

I think many guys just wont send traffic out of pure principle, but those who do should watch stats VERY closely, study every last bit of them.

Will i send jeff some traffic? Id consider it. Knowing that pornkings is backing them gives me a sense of security, regardless of past issues. Money talks and thats the bottom line. If the sites make cash and you know you will get your money, what is the problem? lol

Not a Problem but when people attack me or our rep. they have crossed the line. If they don't know our history they should keep there mouth shut. We are one of the few companies who have remained in this biz since 96 and there is a reason for it.

To be honest I had no idea about most of the problems Perfection Cash had in the past because of all the webmasters pushing the program when looking at the numbers.
What I do know is they will never happen again.

Jeff made many mistakes but that was in the past and he has made good on them.
I've seen many programs over the years make the same mistakes and take everyone?s money and cash out etc. And I can't wait to see how many companies go out of business this year.

I?m not defending what he did in the past that is not my problem but he is paying for it because it has cost him is company. No need to go into detail.. I hate when everyone keeps kicking someone when they are down. And I will defend anyone under the same circumstances.


Most of the people talking shit have no idea what it takes to run a successful company in this industry. Yet they seem to think they know everything.

I know how the boards work and don't worry I'm not going to lose any sleep over it and I know for a fact it has benefited us by the webmasters who have signed up.


I also know the only thing that gets us exposure and webmaster sign ups is when something is controversial. When we do something innovative which we have done many times just look at our program. It hits second page in 2 seconds and never gets the respect it deserves.

Perhaps this has been answered or asked earlier. Did Jeff pay back each and every webmaster who sent joins for the rebills that he shaved? Did he pay them back for the rev share increase bonus he promised after a certain amount of revenue but never delivered on?

Send us some traffic. Give it a shot. You will see what we are talking about. It wasnt an issue of webmasters getting there weekly payouts. They were always paid, everytime with ccbill. We never cut our own affiliate checks. The issue stems from rebills. Not many... that did not get paid. We have since paid all of them back and doubled the money of the people that lost the rebills.

As for luck.... well luck can be good, but the sites stand on there own. We have three times the daily traffic now as we did before this shit storm happened 8 months ago. We were running about 20k in uniques a day then... today we are over 60k a day and all from new affiliate traffic. We never did much more 50 sign ups a day... yesterday we did 160 joins and its growing everday.... who knows where the sales will end today. We have already done half of our total sales for July in the first 3 days of Aug. Its going nuts! SO luck, sure... it thats what you would like to call it then sure... give me more of that. :)


As to the underage nonsense.... never once have a had a site with an underage girl on it... period. Everything I have shot from day one is fully compliant with the new 2257 regulations. The girl in question is currently on our sites and I have all the documentation for her.

It was answered earlier, but the answer is yes. Every webmaster that came forward was paid back... not just in full, but we paid them double what they lost. If other webmaster feel they are owed on rebills... please, let me know and it will be handled right now. To the best of my knowledge.. everyone that came forward has been paid and again... double what they lost.

Not one person has come in here saying I owe them a dime. I did post in this thread about one webmaster that we did owe a bit to and have already cleared it up in this thread. I had been waiting on a wire info email from him, which I did receive tonight. The amount owed to him is a little less then $200.00 If there were webmasters and designers and the like that I still owed money... it would have certianly come out in this thread. It was pinned at the top for hours.

If and when we did any revshare percentage bonus the adjustments were made through CCBill and would have been refected in the webmasters CCBill checks. People sometimes forget that we did not cut or own checks and used CCbill stats and payouts soley.

mmm... I'll give it a short try, but knowing that you lost ONLY 27 rebills makes me think you don't rebill or you made 5 sales. I don't know. Either way, I'll push some traffic and see what happens, not because of your reputation (which obviously is very bad) nor your apology (which seems lame) but just to test how honest are you coming. I hope you don't need to do this kind of threads again, not because you wasn't catched, but because you decided to be honest.

i think if i were in this position i would hold the company responsible for my avg amount of rebills i would have made durring the period .... anyone sending a good amount of joins has a very good idea of future earnings at any point.

if my avg were say 50 rebills per month over the previous 6mo, i would assume the same for the period they were off.

I would have to look at your account Fletch. Since we did all of these about 7 months ago, truthfully.. I have forgot how we came up with the actual rebills lost. I was shown by an affiliate that proved to me this was actually happening back when the shit hit the fan.

I do know that once rebills were turned back on, if you had a surfer who was still a member, your rebills kicked back in. I also know it was just one month that the rebills were off. It should be pretty easy to see once I get in there and look.
