Fletch, have you been following the case? This is a clear case of prosecutorial bungling at it's best. These guys make the OJ investigators look like CSI.

Honestly, I followed the Jayson Williams trial every day it was on COURT TV, I learned more during that trial than any other one.

We know Jayson killed the guy, he wasnt on trial for MURDER, he was on trial for wreckless manslaughter, the ruling?
