    Are there any rights on Domain names? ( Importent, no trolls please )

    Hello guys.

    I did like to know if there are any rights on the domainname use / registration in america.

    It's importent, i did like to have reply from KRL or any of those guys who know that kind of stuff.

    It's very importent and it could get very nasty

    I dont know whats wrong with the month August but it had a very very bad start.

          Coincidentally, I just received a WIPO domain arbitration notice this morning. When you register a domain, you agree to ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

          Are you involved with a similar dispute type issue? If so, I've been in contact with 2 IP attorneys today and am currently awaiting a response. I may be able to shed some light on the matter.

                      Depends if it's a trademark issue your more than likely screwed and sorry for that if it is...I've been messing around in the domain game a long time i'll hit you up on icq see if I can be of help...

                              You can also ICQ me - I also studied domains a little more than the average GFY'er for sure.

                              Other GFY'ers that would know even more about domains would be f.e sheperd, or Mr Fiction + some others.
                              I don't use ICQ anymore.

                                          Talk to a domain lawyer, there are quite a few of them around these days.

                                          If it's really serious, talk to a lawyer who specializes.
