In Europe, opodo.com seems to be the place to go. Although I don't know if they sell tickets to Denmark...

I was booking my flight+hotel at expedia.com, but as i pushed the final registration button it gave me an error msg, you'll need a US VISA, we do not accept international VISA for flight booking....grrrr
