Anybody have a fabulous.com contact info? stolen domain problem

Anybody have contact info or can get me in touch with somebody at fabulous.com I would appreciate it.

Hit me up on ICQ at 197505728 with any info please.

Somebody jacked one of my domains niples.com from registersite.com some how and I want to see what my next legal steps are to get this resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

It was registered in January of this year and it shows the owner's address in Iran. I'm sure that's a valid address.

WOW that sucks. I'd be pissed at losing a good domain which I paid $10 for never mind $3100

I had a similiar problem with DirectNIC. Someone stole the domain right out of my account and I was basically at a loss. Essentially DirectNIC told me the order came from NSI and we could do nothing about it. Lost a couple grand and it wasn't worth pursueing in court so I let it go. I also refuse to work with DirectNIC as a result. They wouldn't even refund the $15 yearly fee. How great is that...

                            I'm curious as well.
I've never heard of anyone losing a 'locked' domain

Yes. NSI claimed that the domain was stolen from someone else and they told DirectNIC to release it back to NSI's client. It was DirectNIC who handed it back to a different registrar, without telling me I might add until I noticed my stats came to a halt.
