File -> MPEG tools -> Merge&Cut
Than take the output file into the main menu, and change the bitrate (video&sound) under settings... A bit confusing, but works fine |

http://www.boilsoft.net/ try that one .. its all menu driven for ease of use and you just define the sizes and amount of segments you require, as an end product.

Down in the middle of the main-screen...
Put the movie-file you cutted before into the "video-source" and than edit the settings... |
