When the sound is later or earlier by a few seconds then it's supposed to be, how can I fix that? any software for this?

sounds like you have a compressed audio that is out of sync
premiere fixes that really well, but then you have to render it again |

Extact the sounds from the movie and edit it. Do a search on google for a sound editor.
