Service Pack 2 = No more popups. How's it gonna reflect on porn business ?

Service Pack 2 has a built in popup killer in IE.
Seeing how every sponsors has atleast 3 popup consoles, is this going to have any effect on porn industry ? Like lower payouts to affiliates ?

It's only a matter of time until the majority of the programs find a way around it.

Yes they suck, but they are also part of the reason why
sponsors can offer large pay-per-sale commissions.

I'm sure they will still offer HUGE pay per trial commissions... it will just come from somewhere else

Pay per sign up is never going to go away or go down, there's just TOO DAMN MUCH MONEY to be made using this model

This may affect PPS and PPC sponsors, also traffic from brookers may be more expensive, but like other people in this thread did say, there will probably be ways around this.

We just have to wait and see how well the popup blocker works.

Forgot one thing, If the popup-blocker is really good, I think people will click much more now when they know that they wont get stuck in some popup-dialer-exploit-hell.

It's mainly going to affect people who trade traffic via pop-ups.

My thought on people who use tricks to foil pop-up busters is the same as those who intentionally create e-mail to get around user set filters.
