    Half price cartoon logos this week...

    Well, I was hoping to get some interest in the non-exclusive content I've been working on ( http://www.grim-kitten.com/illustrate/content/ ), but since I haven't yet and since my bills are adding up (and since I'm not one to expect income without effort) I'm going to try running a special on my custom illustrations instead.

    For the next week (until Sunday the 8th) I will be taking orders for custom work at half the prices quoted at:

          I've never really tried doing text-only logos... there are usually tons of people better qualified to do that. Mostly I just like to draw pictures (and mostly naughty ones) and am hoping to be able to make a living at it at some point. =P

          I wish I could say I'd give text-only logos a try (and my wallet wishes I could, too), but I'm sure I'd only mess it up and you could probably get an inexpensive one from somebody who actually knows how to do it. =D

                  I can do custom cartoon/illustrated content now, and I just finished my first set that I wanted to sell non-exclusively. It's at:

                  I'd started another thread about it earlier, but I didn't really get any feedback on whether it was useful content, how to market it, or what to charge, so I don't really know if it's anything people can use.

                                                                  Okay, I've done some research now and looked at some other sites, and I've decided on a price for the non-exclusive set: $20. I'll be working on more non-exclusive content soon, but I don't know how long it will take me (it will depend on how my health is doing and whether or not I get any custom orders).

                                                                                                                                                                      I could see where complaining about bills might be lame if I was asking for handouts, but where I am offering to work for very little money in order to cover them myself I think you're being rude. You're the same person that previously said my art was simple and didn't include enough detail until you found out how little I was charging (which wasn't enough to pay for a lot of detail work)... well, now I am temporarily charging half as much (practically nothing) and I just wanted to explain why.

Degama (the fox) seems to be doing all right, and all of her testing so far is coming back 'normal', but with a poisoning you can't really tell for sure for about a week, so things will be a little stressful here for the next few days.
