Considering that I would be on a deserted island, I would not play the cds. I would use the cds as flying discs of death so I could kills birds for food (one can eat fish only so many times). I might keep one cd in good condition. My pick would be Wagner's Der Ring des Nibelungen (Ring Cycle) so I could scare any headhunters that may be visiting from neighboring islands.

Well it doesn't matter you never said we could have a cd player so any 5 cds and I would tie them together to make some sort of signal beacon so I could be rescued come fund you and kick your ass for letting me have the cds but no cd player ya prick...

I would just take an Ipod with a lot of storage. How are you gonna listen to the cds on a deserted island? batteries will run out?
