did anybody else get it and can anyone summarize it for me?

If it's the class action one, I got one also the other day.

You might have some money coming back, I just deleted it. Usually they are not worth the trouble, unless you do a lot of business through paypal then it might be. I don't

Yea...but I don't think Canadians are allowed in this class action lawsuit.

Under the settlement, PayPal will pay $9.25 million into a settlement fund, to be held in an interest-bearing account. The fund will be used (1) to make payments to class members who submit valid claims before the claims deadline; (2) to pay certain costs of giving notice to the Class and of settlement administration, as approved by the Court; and (3) to pay attorneys' fees and expenses to Class Counsel in the amount awarded by the Court. Class Counsel have proposed that, after deduction of notice and administrative costs and Class Counsel's attorneys' fees and expenses, the balance of the fund ("Net Settlement Fund") be applied in accordance with a written plan of allocation. apparently if youve had a dispute 50>over u can claim it and get your money back. for anyone who hasnt had any sort of dispute and just been a plain jane member period you can still sign up for the class action suit, which means, 9.25 mil or some shit gets divided up by how many people who sign up - you can get anywhere from a penny to a couple bucks. so yea, not worth the bother unless paypal has put holds on funds or fucked you out of alot of money. just go to paypalsucks.com to check it out - itll explain it all there.
