need HTML help

im trying to stop an iframe from scrolling vertical, but allow it to scroll horrizontal.

cant find help on google yet but im still looking, any quick answers?

as far as I know you can only control scrolling as a whole

just make sure your source page is not over the limit, or make the tables by percentage so it resizes for the iframe

You can do this with style sheets, which many think should be used in place of frames, anyways.

I also suggest you get jEdit. Much better than notepad.

i know they are, it has been ATLEAST 3yrs since i have touched a frame, but for this particular project its either this or i begin learning the CSS equivelant (which i dont really want to do lol)

I took the advice (wonder why i didnt think of it first ...) of soemone above and i put the contents of the content page into a table which has a fixed width and adjustable length.

working great, thanks so much for the help and ideas ...

iframes look nice but do not do a thing for se's; if your presenting content in it another option is using a container page!
