For those that know about the search engines and how they work, I've got a few questions for you all:
* When submitting a site, is it better to submit the url http://www.ourdomain.com or the http://www.ourdomain.com/index.html ?
* Does putting keywords in the <title> tag increase rankings?
* Is it better to put the META description tag first, then the META keywords, or vice versa?
* Is it best to submit a site as soon as it's finished being made and is uploaded or is it better to wait until you have some traffic flowing there (higher link popularity) before you submit?

If you all would be willing to answer these questions and possibly share some more tips I there we would all benefit

Well damn... no replies to this thread... well lemme add another question and maybe something helpful could pop up..

I've seen some pretty cool flash banners out there, they look really attractive but I'm not sure how many surfers have this software installed or would go through the quick install to have it.

What are your guys' views on Flash banners?
