Non US un-managed servers
Does anybody know of any hosting companies that offer un-managed servers like ev1servers that are outside of the US? I can only find managed servers.

You know that anyone in the USA is going to have crappy speeds to anything but the USA, and *some* parts of canada?
So, I dont know where most of you traffic comes from, but if its from the USA, I know if I visited a site and it got slow... Id find a new one asap... |

try webhostingtalk they always have companys promoting their services i know for a fact i have seen euro, and chinese providers with servers like that.
