Really depends on a few things

I have noticed a few affilates who run fetish sites that pills are hard to sell pills on a bbw site.. no clue why but its just what the numbers show

now on freaky sites .. like out-there fetish's pills sell like no other with some good text links

depends on the fetish but also it can be worth thinking of the other pill products. Breast pills can do well with some fetishes but so do pheromones. The pheromones can be promoted as a way of finding that man/woman to live out ther fetish fantasy, etc.
