useless breaking news threads
some people take breaking news threads seriously, well subjects asks for it to be taken seriously. you come into the thread just to find out a moment later its a stupid joke. next time you wont be taken seriously, with or without breaking alarm.

I hate breaking news threads, fake or real. If i want to see or hear the news i switch on my tv or check cnn or whatever news site.
Everytime something big happens you just know 10 people are gonna post it on gfy all thinking they are the only one who know about this and need to enlighten the rest of us. This is a webmaster board, not a news board. Annoying. |

i like news threads around here, i get most of news this way
i don't mind 10 threads. yelling breaking news here without actual content in a thread is like screaming "fire" in a movie theater
