programmers
what do you do when you absolutely cant concentrate and taking breaks doesnt help?
ive had this problem for a while, aderol seems to work but its hard to get since i dont have insurance. any tips?

When ever I get stuck in php/mysql I take an hour break. In that break includes something to eat and a shower. After that I sit back down and turn on the fan. After that im usualy ready.
