especially if with every bought set you need to have the models info on file too

seems like unscrupulous studios could buy a set and headhunt the models from each other

Maybe, but I'd rather expect many of the non-professional/amateur models to be scared when they find out that every freak out there could get their home adress quite easily, so the number of models available will be much lower.

There is nothing in the new regs that says you cannot black out everything but the dob.

Most of the models work with as many studios as possible anyways. Hell many have listings with several agents. Does not change a thing.
