    Something Big Happening Right Now Port of Palm Beach

    Evacuating neighborhoods all around the Port of Palm Beach in Florida.

    Possible terrorist event going down right now. Supposedly something found in a container being unloaded off a ship. Police reporting this is a dangerous situation. Not even letting the News trucks in.

                                                                                                                                                          RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. -- A suspicious incident at a shipping company near the Port of Palm Beach prompted authorities to evacuate hundreds of workers Wednesday.

                                                                                                                                                          Nearly all of the port was shut down just after 4 p.m.

                                                                                                                                                          Two people have been arrested, while port authorities try to sort out the details.

                                                                                                                                                          Containers "of interest" are being sought, the port director told reporters, but he wouldn't say any more.

                                                                                                                                                          150 children at the Boys and Girls Club in Riviera Beach were moved to a recreation center further away from the area, where parents can pick them up.

                                                                                                                                                                                              The Port of Palm Beach was evacuated late Wednesday afternoon after reports of suspicious activity on port grounds. Port Security acted on reports of two men who were stopped with names that appeared to be on a terrorist watch list. Federal authorities checked out the men and now say it was a case of mistaken identity.
                                                                                                                                                                                              Port and Federal authorities evacuated neighbors and closed streets in the area while they investigated the men and containers at the Port of Palm Beach.
                                                                                                                                                                                              Children at the nearby Boys & Girls Club were moved to the Tate Recreation Center.
