Need help from someone with an epassporte and paypal account.
I need to recieve a payment from someone using epassporte but I only have paypal. Can someone recieve the payment in their epassporte account paypal it to me.

Why not just get an ePassporte account?
You can get one for free here. You'll even come out ahead as PayPal charges you to recieve money. ePassporte does not.
