They did a drill there once to test the reaction times for an emergency. In 1hour, they had 30k cops on the streets and in the positions to take the city back if that were the case.

If i drive too fast in my car and they pull me over and give me a ticket then there is exactly 1 person to blame. Me. And i accept that. So should you.
