How long does it take you to approve webmasters that wanna send you guys traffic?

Should I re-send? Or sorta read between the lines?

I never got the confirmation email, but my username is working, I read somewhere that if your username/pass are already working you're already approved.

as far as i know, that's correct.

many webmasters had problems with their confirmation emails being filtered by spam filters.
