Hey,

I'm trying to use good old GFY as a problem solver since I'm hoping some of you guys are using Miranda IM and might be able to help..

I'm having huge problems getting ICQ to fully connect, it connects and all, I even get waiting msgs sent to me, but thats it.. I have no clue whats happening and why its happening, especially since the initial handshake works, it just dies afterwards and miranda does not even show an error message.

do yourself a favour and get the pro version of Trillian.
it is awesome and much better than all of the other IM's with the exception of maybe ICQ as I love ICQ to death but so many problems with it finally forced me to trillian

I would love to use trillian, but sadly trillian is too stupid to import my contacts, which makes it utterly useless.
