Monster templates ownes it. You can get a adult site for around $70 as long as you don't mine other copys on the net. You can get unique license for allot more.

Templates can be very handy when ya in a hurry but I still like to build stuff myself.
Makes it more " my site" Browsing templates is good for getting ideas though
