    Who hosts on Oxeo/ISPrime?

Both use the same Network... but since 1 month or so I download at 60kb/s when it was usually 300kb/s+

Anyone hosts on any of them so I can double check if my 5mbp/s connection sucks on all Oxeo/ISPrime servers?

btw here's a link to one of our server: http://66.230.178.72/doom3g4.avi

I'm averaging 386kb/s from about 3000 miles away over a standard cable connection to a dedicated box.

Tracert always looks fine... ping too... but I still download at 60-80kb/s

Reinstalled USB drivers... I don't think it's a computer problem since I can download at 300kb/s+ from other sites. But not from the ISPrime Network.

Plus, I'm only located at 6 hours from there.

Its your connection, talk to your ISP.

I know AT&T has been having problems, but you're in Canada... so things not working is expected.
