I know someone can help me with this...

I have these 2 viruses...

desktop.exe
Trojan Horse Dropper.Small.5.AD

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SYSTEM32.DLL
Trojan Horse Startpage.6.AI

My internet provider just called saying the viruses are sending out spam and if i dont get rid of them they are going to turn off my service. but i cant just "delete" those 2 files cuz they are very important obviously. so what the hell do i do now? how can i fix these? my virus program can't "heal" them...

Download McAfee Stinger...maybe it'll pick something up.

Also, have you tried all the spyware removal programs?

Well they have a lot of damn nerve the useless pieces of crap!

Tell them you would be MORE than happy to if you knew how.
I wish I knew because I'd help you.

Try google-ing the virus names and check the microsoft site for more info. Maybe they have a removal tool right online. Goodluck

Yeah, you have to actually go through that list and checkmark the ones that need to be deleted. Do a search for HijackThis logs and see if anything in your log matches those considered malicious.

What you need to do is replace that system32.dll with the original on your
Windows CD... In your case I'm not sure HOW you should do it, but you should...

Start researching, Google etc.
