Sheesh MK, he just released it, so how the heck could anyone know diddly?! Catch up eh?!

If he uses the same women he does in the mag, he won't take over anything. Can we say poorly, over made up nasty facial poses, 40% silicone and posed so we know it?! lol

i wouldn't sign up for this program... some parts from the T&C are too disturbing:

3.4 Flynt Digital has the right to terminate Your's and any other person's participation in the Program at any time and may do so with or without prior notice or cause.

3.2 Flynt Digital shall at all times have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to terminate the Program and any and all Program Benefits relating to Your Participation in the Program at any time and may do so with or without prior notice or cause.

2.4 That You will not, directly or indirectly, link any of the following content or material to any Flynt Digital website through any hyperlinks maintained or created on Your Website:

(ii) Any material which is displayed or transmitted in a way as to constitute harmful matter or indecent communications to minors;

4.4 You acknowledge and agree that Flynt Digital shall have the right to deny or withhold payment from You and to terminate You from the program if there has been an abnormal number of chargebacks or cancellations of memberships or subscriptions which have been referred to Flynt Digital through Your Website. You further acknowledge and agree that Flynt Digital shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive judgment, to determine what constitutes an abnormal number of chargebacks or cancellations of memberships or subscriptions.

pr0view, those are totally typical inclusions in ALL aponsor programs almost to the wording in alot of cases.

They are just telling you THEY are the last word on things as well as the fact that FlyntDigital owns the program, not pr0view or some other webmaster. Pure legalese establishing who is boss.

Interesting pr0view,

So they don't want anyone promoting their site if they have adult content on their pages?

LOL

Gemini - nope, they are not included in every average webmaster program. Those T&C allow them to terminate any account because of chargebacks and it isn't written anywhere what is the acceptible ratio of signups/ chargebacks. They can terminate any account WITHOUT a notice to the webmaster. And what about the content that should not "constitute harmful matter or indecent communications to minors"? What does this mean? If you have porn on a free TGPage, then you are violating their agreement because any minor could go there and see your pictures.

I don't mind that they are the boss; but i'd never be an employee under such conditions. I can't allow myself to send valuable traffic to a site that can: 1) kick you off a program without notifying you; 2) kick you off because you have porn on the pages (this is so damn ridiculous that i wonder if i got the meaning properly); 3) kick you off because of "high ratio of chargebacks" when it isn't stated how high that ratio should be.

Wizzo...thank you! And yes, I am taking care of Flynt Digital webmasters.

For those of you who don't know me, I have been running my own sites for 6 years and attribute my success 100% to customer service. That means being honest and ethical with webmasters and surfers alike. Some of you might know me more recently, (over the past year+) as the Marketing Manager for Cashquest.net.

LOL Lens!

It's followed by... (ii) Any material which is displayed or transmitted in a way as to constitute harmful matter or indecent communications to minors;

pr0view, this means that we will terminate webmasters that TRY to promote to minors? i.e. through children chat rooms, having underage images on your pages, etc. The terms and conditions are basic and also true to form of every large affiliate program on the net.

Rip, we just released the program yesterday so my apologies if the company you have dealt with in the past was unprofessional.

MattressKing, HUSTLER.com is the first site available to promote through Flyntdigital.com? the other three coming soon are BarelyLegal.com, HometownGirls.com and BustyBeauties.com. We are paying out $30.00 per trial and monthly member for HUSTLER.com sign-ups.

Webmaster and surfer customer support is and has always been one of our top priorities. Through WebQuest, we have one of, if not the best, reputations for taking care of our webmasters, communicating right away, and always paying fairly and online dating back to 1996. (I just posted the official press release for Flynt Digital/Hustler from the main board too). Personally, I am always available to answer questions and give any assistance that I can.

Thank you and I hope this clears up any confusion. Once you give flyntdigital.com a try, I think you will be impressed with your conversion ratios, total income and also how hard we work for our webmaster affiliates.

It sounds great to me, I'm a longtime fan of Hustler mag and the name alone should make some money.

Right On Warphead. The Hustler site has so much more content (naturally) than the magazine has so it's easy to promote both on the brand name as well as it being a huge "Mega" site full of additional content (exclusive video feeds, 1000's never before seen images, live girls, over 12 months of back issues, etc.).

Cam, I am glad that you have been keeping an eye on the site. We just went live with the program yesterday. If you haven't already visited the webmasters site, the affiliate program is located at: http://www.flyntdigital.com.

BarelyLegal.com should be ready to promote within a month. And presently at Hustler.com, we exclusively stream "The Girls of BarelyLegal" videos, which are literally the hottest videos on the market.

I am really excited to be working with and for a company that has paved the way for all of us in the industry.

Dr_lipshits, you received an e-mail from us last night about Flynt Digital because you are listed as a WebQuest/CashQuest affiliate. However, there was a problem with our e-mail software and the message was inadvertently sent out multiple times.

Although we are really excited about the opening of Flyntdigital.com, we did not intend on any of our webmasters receiving more than one message. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
