Anyone from Denver or around there?
I'm going to be in Denver next Tuesday through Thursday for the cubs/rockies games. Just wondering what places I should check out to eat or drink at downtown? I'm staying at the Executive Hotel downtown so if you can mention things within walking distance

I'm assuming you are staying at the Executive downtown (between 15th and 16th). Don't drive your car on 16th... it's a mall. Only shuttle buses. You can take the shuttles free up and down throughout Denver. Places I like to eat Breakfast - The Delectable Egg (In between 16th & 17th on Market Street) There are also burrito carts along the 16th street mall. (they're heavily regulated and safe) Lunch/Dinner Along the 16th Street Mall there are about 80 resturants. At 16th and Glenarm there is a huge complex that has shopping and a movie theater. Maggianos Little Italy - 16th and Welton in the Pavillion BD'S Mongolian Barbeque (in between 16th and 17th on Wazee) Dixons - American Cuisine (corner of 16th & Wazee) Illegal Petes - Mexican/Burritos - (Corner of 16th and Wazee) Hard Rock Cafe - 16th & California In between 15th and 16th on Larimer there are tons of good places. Nightlife - Kind of dead during the week. Rock Bottom Brewery - 16th and Champa - Brews onsite micros. Cool atmosphere and appetizers Blue67 - 15th or 14th and Larimer Cool Martini Bar The Mynt Lounge (14th and Market) Ultra TRENDY martini bar. Club Rise - 19th and Blake (not sure of weekly hours) Gentlemans Clubs------- The Diamond Cabaret - 14th and Glenarm - No cover on weekdays and all you can eat buffet for $5 from 11:30 to 2pm La Boheme - 15th and Stout - $5 cover and $4.99 T BONE OR PRIME RIB on weekdays from 11:30 to 2pm. Hope that helps! The Bling Daddy

Yeah... that's right next to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Enjoy your stay.

BTW Bling, how big of office do you have downtown? Gotta be pretty pricey down there isn't it?
