Customer service wasn't an issue in this situation and those of us who actually HANDLE customer service were never contacted by CHMOD. You and CHMOD are the only two that can't see that.

I have never been a fan of billing companies doing customer service and have always felt it could best be handled by the actual sponsor. My reasoning is simply...if it is your company and your staff handling it you can better monitor how customers are handled and you can control how things are handled. It's not working.
I phoned Billingservice:
- The idiot who answered was making me feeling like he was in a rush and I was waisting his time. He offered me to cancel my membership.
What a fucking moron.
I sent an Email to PureCash. No choice.. There is NO email to reach them on their paysite.
It's been 3 days now: No answer from them, no access and my card has been charged.
Now, with this kind of service, no wonder why chargebacks are killing us. I am not impressed.Comment

Charcoal has better taste, IMHO (and be sure to buy hardwood charcoal chunks, not the stuff in the grocery store), but with gas you can control the temperature better and if you just want to run out and grill a fast burger, it takes a LOT less time than starting the charcoalOriginally posted by Pleasurepays

And I agree - most of the GFY'ers who are really in this biz CAN easily understand this. But those who do, you refer to as "asslickers".
Had you come here and posted this merely ASKING for help since it's clear your ISP is blocking you, what do you think the response would have been?
I've been in Customer Service for over 20 years and I started in the adult internet biz in 1996 handling customer service for the largest site at that time. I know how to deal with customers, I know how to answer emails I RECEIVE but I also know when to cut bait. I wish we could have made you happy but you refuse to acknowledge the facts of the situation and since you don't want my help, I have no choice but to cut the line.
If you decide to become a Purecash customer or webmaster again, then we will be more than happy to attend to your needs

There is no need for CHMOD to apologize. PureCash people should be the humble ones. They insulted one of their customers. They, and their hanger-ons, are the ones who milked the thread. It doesn't matter if PureCash is sound. Their customer service people suck.
