I was directing my comments to Mike after he attacked the person who started this thread. It is a customer service issue. I have a lifetime of experience in this area. You, dumbshit Gonzo with the rat furcoat, know nothing about any kind of service unless you are servicing men up the ass.

Customer service wasn't an issue in this situation and those of us who actually HANDLE customer service were never contacted by CHMOD. You and CHMOD are the only two that can't see that.

But it's OK - we all understand why YOU jumped on the bandwagon - you just wanted a few low swipes at Michael. Maybe ONE DAY someone in this business will take anything you say seriously. Until then, you're just an amusement for the rest of us to make side bets on and get a free laugh at your expense :)

But thanks for keeping the thread active - maybe CHMOD can win a Playstation :)

Now, with this kind of service, no wonder why chargebacks are killing us. I am not impressed.

I have never been a fan of billing companies doing customer service and have always felt it could best be handled by the actual sponsor. My reasoning is simply...if it is your company and your staff handling it you can better monitor how customers are handled and you can control how things are handled. Billing companies have their own rules and their main interest is not your company but their own.

I've been in Customer Service for over 20 years and I started in the adult internet biz in 1996 handling customer service for the largest site at that time. I know how to deal with customers, I know how to answer emails I RECEIVE but I also know when to cut bait. I wish we could have made you happy but you refuse to acknowledge the facts of the situation and since you don't want my help, I have no choice but to cut the line. :(

Like Sharky said, you really need both. Charcoal has better taste, IMHO (and be sure to buy hardwood charcoal chunks, not the stuff in the grocery store), but with gas you can control the temperature better and if you just want to run out and grill a fast burger, it takes a LOT less time than starting the charcoal :)

The good news is that a good Weber charcoal grill is only about $70 so when you decide to break your charcoal cherry, it's pretty cheap :thumbsup

I've been in Customer Service for over 20 years and I started in the adult internet biz in 1996 handling customer service for the largest site at that time. I know how to deal with customers, I know how to answer emails I RECEIVE but I also know when to cut bait. I wish we could have made you happy but you refuse to acknowledge the facts of the situation and since you don't want my help, I have no choice but to cut the line.

If you decide to become a Purecash customer or webmaster again, then we will be more than happy to attend to your needs

Dig, I've seen thousands milk their threads much longer.

There is no need for CHMOD to apologize. PureCash people should be the humble ones. They insulted one of their customers. They, and their hanger-ons, are the ones who milked the thread. It doesn't matter if PureCash is sound. Their customer service people suck. :helpme
