tgp building, gallery submitting, AVS, freesites, link lists, PPC/adwords, SEO, what other traffic sources are there? that cant be all of them? is it? non spam sources only please.

Dude, just read GFY, people post tutorials here---not all the time but keep an eye out for it. There's some really clever gurus here that partially reveal traffic sources. I say partial cuz they know what they are doing and not giving away something for nothing.
