Anybody had his card declined by epassporte?

I have a perfectly fine mastercard, just tried to sign up and its declined. Anybody had this before with them? What did you do next?

its to do with the visa verification, it happened to me, i cant rememeber to procedure but you get a visa verification number which you need to enter before the card goes through.

soon as the verfication is done your card will go though ok.

same shit, theres some verification you need to do with your local bank for which it will try to connect. my was with HSBC, i rang the number, got the card pass and message then i was verified. then i signed up and it went through right away.

sort of a local verification before it goes through with epassporte. must be an anti fraud measure.

Several cardholders had problems when they were trying to verify from a country where currency conversion was involved.

The verification process is very similar to what PayPal does and utilizes CVV2 and CVVC authorization. If you have a Visa card that is Verified by Visa, the process is even more streamline.

ePassporte's foreign card authorization process has been improved. If you have experienced problems in the past due to conversion issues, those problems have been resolved.
