I hate to say this because what he's done in his career is amazing, but I don't like him anymore because of his personal life. I was hoping he would lose (or at least fall and skin the hell out of himself ). I know it's silly and one has nothing to do with the other, but I don't like him as a person anymore so it's hard for me to root for him as an athlete.

He dumped the misses for Sheryl Crow. That's a personal affair.
I liked him to win the tour 5 times, he is after all a great cyclist and a true champion. But six times doesn't reflect his status. Everyone that knows even a bit about cyclism also knows that on the list of cycling champions Armstrong comes way behind of Bernard Hinault and Eddy Merckx, the biggest cyclist of all times and strong enough to win all the races all year long.
Still being third isn't bad. And don't be too naive, Lance does take all sorts of illegal drugs, after all he has the same doctor as Simeoni...

exactly what i thought, Armstrong is in only one race per year, he keeps training for tour de france all the year, so nothing impressive... really... he is far from being the world champion
