I feel this man's pain, I have a real world company and your employees can really drive you crazy sometimes with their incompetence ESPECIALLY in businesses where you can not hire people with high IQ and drive because they do not care about the feild or it pays less than they can make otherwise.
This may have been very damaging if released at the time he was trying to market these products though. Always gotta be careful around cameras!
