Google Adwords

How much is it to have your site feature in the horizontal top light blue advertising bar in Google? Note that i am not talking about the verical google adwords column on the far right of the screen.

Do you pay for the horizontal top panel by click? How much?

this program is not active anymore. Maybe some old campaigns still run,but many times when you see the top text link it belongs to the normal adwords listing with the highest bid. The old program was per impression, not per click, so it was either very profitable for the advertiser or big loss depending on the price deal.
