There's nothing to pass. Congress already gave Ashhahahahaha the right to change the rules as he sees fit. Only hope is that SOMEONE who has big $ sues and as we all know with COPA this new rule may take YEARS to run it' course through the courts.

Maybe I should ask Yahoo how they plan to get all that 2257 info on all the images they have on their adult groups.

I believe Yahoo will be safe with their Groups as it is technically a hosting service. Group "owners" will be responsible for their own content, just like your hosting provider is not responsible for what you publish on your sites. Hell, if they were responsible, god knows how many lawsuits they would be subject to now w/ all the stolen and otherwise illegal content they have.

You actually think Ashhahahahaha will see it that way? Besides my hosting service name is not plastered on my website. Yahoo Groups are called YAHOO GROUPS. As in groups own and run by YAHOO. Ashhahahahaha will want to go after a big name, he's not going to go after 50,000 small group owners. Are group owners going to comply? (iii) Any activity, other than those activities identified in paragraphs (c)(1) and (2) of this section, that does not

(v) A provider of an electronic communication service or remote computing service who does not manage the content of the computer site or service.

Hosting companies are not responible NOW what assurance can you give me Ashahahahaha WON'T make them in the future?
