heres one I thought I'd throw into the pot.

What if a webmaster from the U.S has a sponsors banner up, are they going to have to have the required 2257 docs, from the models on the banner?

Well YOU have to have the 2257 doc if you have a hardcore banner. This all sucks. I guess it's either anime or all text links for me. You think Ashhahahahaha is stupid enough to demand 2257 info on a cartoon?

yep, but most of my webmasters are US based, I guess Ill have to host any new banners on my server for them
