Is it better to cut vids up into clips or is it better for full length vids in hi and low , wmv and a high mpg.

Both.. offer the surfer as many options as possible and he's more likely to stick around.. some are going to have higher bandwidth, others will be on dialup. If you satisfy them both, you will keep them both

I have available a 720 x 480 1250 KBS full length wmv
a 320 x 240 512 KBS full length wmv
and a 160 x 120 130 KBS full length wmv

I also bust all those up into 2 - 3 minute parts and have them available as well.

Takes alot of work and extra HD space but it makes everyone happy.
