Capt. Joe Leiter, Islamorada district chief for the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, confirmed that the sandbar has become a popular spot for adult video film crews.

"During the summer of 2003 they filmed 'Girls Gone Wild' at the sandbar," he said.

"During the bartender's convention [now known as Hospitality Week] this past May there was a crew filming for a Web site, realwildgirls.com," Leiter said. "We were ready for them, and we busted them and confiscated the film just as they were ready to leave. Their leader was charged with disorderly conduct."

But they busted us on the second day not he first day . So I dont understand . We did keep all our film and gave them blanks , they knew this cause the guy was sherrif was my boy . And for them to write this shit up is ridiculous.

I hate when the police act as if they are the shit . At least 50% of my friends are cops and yes we do do things in public that are out of control . But hey thats the only way to do it , If I wanted to shoot over someones shoulder at mardi gras and be Low key I would put out crap . Here is another trailer we have for our Upcoming Backstage Pass II Video you may enjoy . And yes during the filming of it we had 2 arrests and plenty of run in with the cop but here is the teaser . it has a star studded cast in it including Tommy Chong , Sammy Haggar, Shinedown , SOiL , Damage Plan the ofspring , Puddle of Mudd and more . Over 1 year of filming to complete this one ....
